I thought you might be interested to see what my butterflies started out like. With some Photoshop filters and Al Ward’s styles at http://actionfx.com they have came to life.
I have been on the receiving end of so many beautiful freebies from many, many wonderful people. So I decided to start this blog to have a place to give back some of the RAKs I have received.

After my daughter joined the Air Force my consolation prize was turning her room into my scrapbook room. I quickly filled the room up with ALL KINDS of goodies and became very involved in scrapbooking until I shattered my elbow about a year ago. Because the damage was so bad a lot of things are painful to do, unfortunately all of my hobbies (knitting, spinning yarn, quilting and scrapbooking) fall into that category. After dang near going mad with boredom for about eight months I discovered digital scrapbooking in January. I quickly became a freebie addict (I have a total of 640 GB of storage space they are filling fast.)
I love my Mac and have been using Photoshop for about 6 years in newspaper and ad design. I have all of the technical skills but have not used it too creatively (the newspaper I work for is Christian /conservative so nothing cutting edge there.)
I really look forward to sharing some great stuff with you all, I know the ideas are in there I just have to coax them out.
